Doctoral Degree Review Outside the Doctoral Program

This page explains how a doctoral dissertation submitted outside the university’s doctoral program may be reviewed for degree conferral.

Review and Degree Conferral

Under Article 3, paragraph 2, a person who has submitted a doctoral dissertation may have the dissertation reviewed under the regulations governing degree applications outside the university’s doctoral program. A doctoral degree may be awarded through this review.
