Documents and Fee Required for Course Enrollment

For the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus, applicants seeking course enrollment in the Faculty of Future Science must submit the listed documents and pay the qualification screening fee.

Required application documents and fee

Applicants seeking course enrollment must submit the following: a course enrollment application in the prescribed format; a résumé in the prescribed format; a graduation certificate or expected graduation certificate from their most recent school; an academic transcript from their most recent school; a health certificate; and any other documents deemed necessary. The qualification screening fee specified in the table of the university regulations must be submitted with the application.
