Application Documents for Non-Degree Students
For the 2026 academic year, applicants to the Future Science Faculty at Tokyo Senju Campus must submit the listed documents and pay the qualification screening fee.
Required Documents and Submission Office
The application for non-degree student enrollment requires an application form, a graduation certificate, an academic transcript, a health examination certificate, and the qualification screening fee. The responsible office is the Academic Affairs section of the Tokyo Senju Campus Administration Office, located on the third floor of Building 2.
