Applications for Withdrawal or Leave of Absence

For the 2025 academic year, students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus must complete applications for withdrawal, leave of absence, and similar permissions through the Student Support Center.

Where to Apply and Required Signatures

Applications for permission to withdraw, take a leave of absence, or follow a similar procedure are handled by the Student Support Center’s Student Welfare Office. Use the prescribed application form. The student and guarantor must sign and affix their seals to the form.
