Eligibility for Transfer to the System Design and Technology Faculty

Transfer Eligibility Requirements

For the 2025 academic year, an Engineering Division II first-year student must have earned at least 36 credits in total, including all department-designated courses for the desired department, based on grades through the end of the first-year fall semester. A second-year student must have earned at least 60 credits in total, including all department-designated courses for the desired department, based on grades through the end of the second-year fall semester. A student who has not earned credits for all designated courses of the desired department may not sit the transfer examination.
