Passing Grade and Course Credit Award

For the 2026 academic year, a course is passed when the instructor awards a score of 60 or higher, and the designated number of credits is then awarded.

Passing threshold and credits

The course instructor determines the grade. A score of 60 or higher is a passing grade, and the number of credits designated for that course is awarded. From the university's perspective, this is called credit certification; from the student's perspective, it is called earning or obtaining credits.
