Eligibility for Upper-Year Courses Under FR

In the 2025 academic year, FR permits enrollment in certain upper-year courses when the department’s conditions are met.

When You May Take an Upper-Year Course

Under FR, you may take an upper-year course only if you meet the conditions set by your department. This provision is limited to specialized education courses assigned to your own department.
