Carry Your My Number Health Insurance Card

Students are instructed to carry their My Number health insurance card at all times in case of sudden illness or injury.

Health Insurance Card Requirement

If you are a student at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology during the 2026 academic year, carry your My Number health insurance card at all times. You may need it in the event of sudden illness or injury.
