When a Preliminary Withdrawal Warning May Be Issued

For the 2026 academic year, in the Faculty of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus, the department chair may provide oral educational guidance and issue a preliminary withdrawal warning to a student whose academic performance is poor if the student meets GPA standards or similar criteria established through deliberation by the faculty council. The warning is issued after the faculty council has deliberated.
