Time Limit for Progression

For the 2026 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus School of Science and Technology, the rules specify when a student who cannot progress may be dismissed.

Four-Year Limit in the Same Academic Year

A student who has been enrolled in the same academic year for more than four cumulative years and still cannot advance is dismissed from the university. The supplied rules also include a formulation covering students who still cannot advance or graduate after exceeding this four-year cumulative limit.
