Eligibility for Fee Refunds

For the 2026 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus Faculty of Science and Technology, fees already paid are generally not refunded, with a separate rule for admission procedure payments.

Refunds of Paid Fees

For the 2026 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus Faculty of Science and Technology, fees and other charges that have already been paid are not refunded. However, fees and other charges paid for admission procedures are handled in accordance with the Tuition Fee Handling Regulations.
