Minimum Credits for First-Class Teaching Licenses

For the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, the minimum credit requirements differ slightly between junior high and high school first-class teaching licenses.

Required Credits by Teaching License

For a junior high school first-class teaching license, the statutory minimum is 59 credits, while the university requires at least 60 credits. For a high school first-class teaching license, both the statutory minimum and the university requirement are 59 credits.
