This page explains how enrollment at a previous school is counted for transfer and transfer-in students.

Counting Enrollment at a Previous School

For students admitted by transfer or transfer-in admission, all or part of the years they were enrolled at their previous school before entering under this provision are counted toward the period of enrollment.
