Industrial Studies Teaching Practice Credit Requirements

For the 2025 academic year, students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus must complete three specified teaching-related courses by the end of their third year.

Required Credits by the End of the Third Year

For high-school teaching practice in Industrial Studies, the preceding 15-credit total requirement does not apply. By the end of the third year, you must have earned credit for Introduction to the Teaching Profession (2 credits), Introduction to Education (2 credits), and Educational Psychology (2 credits).
