Eligibility for a Special Academic Guidance Interview

For the 2026 academic year, students may be eligible for a special academic guidance interview if they meet either of the specified academic criteria and received a preliminary recommendation for withdrawal in the previous semester.

Who is eligible

A student is eligible for a special academic guidance interview if, at the end of the most recent semester, either their credit acquisition rate was 60% or lower or their GPA was below 1.0. In both cases, the student must have received a preliminary recommendation for withdrawal in the previous semester.
