An emergency scholarship loan is available when a sudden change in financial circumstances makes it difficult to continue studying.

Purpose of the emergency scholarship loan

The regulations provide an emergency scholarship loan for people whose studies have become difficult because of a sudden change in their financial circumstances. The loan is intended to provide an opportunity to continue studying. A person who receives the loan is called an emergency scholarship recipient.
