Gakkensai 20-Million-Yen Plan: Insurance Benefits

For students covered under the 2026 plan at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Systems Design and Engineering, benefits vary according to where and when an accident occurs.

Coverage by Accident Situation

For accidents during regular classes or university events, the benefits are: death, ¥20,000,000; permanent disability, ¥1,200,000–¥30,000,000; medical treatment, ¥3,000–¥300,000; and hospitalization, ¥4,000 per day. For accidents occurring on university premises outside club activities, the benefits are: death, ¥10,000,000; permanent disability, ¥600,000–¥15,000,000; medical treatment, ¥6,000–¥300,000; and hospitalization, ¥4,000 per day. For accidents during extracurricular activities outside university premises, the benefits are: death, ¥10,000,000; permanent disability, ¥600,000–¥15,000,000; medical treatment, ¥30,000–¥300,000; and hospitalization, ¥4,000 per day.
