Gakkensai Supplementary Liability Insurance Coverage

What the insurance covers

All students are enrolled in Gakkensai supplementary liability insurance, including Internship and Teaching-Qualification Activities Liability Insurance. The premium for the standard period of study is paid at enrollment. The insurance covers losses for which a student is legally liable when they injure another person or damage another person’s property during covered activities. Covered activities include coursework, university events, extracurricular and volunteer activities, internships, and travel to or from those activities. Students taking part in an internship must register the placement and its period with the designated student-support office before participating.
