How to Read Student Card Reader Signals
Learn how to identify successful and unsuccessful student card reads from the reader’s sound and light signals.
Checking the reader signal
When your student card is read normally, the reader gives one OK beep and displays a green light. If there is an error, it gives three NG beeps and displays a red light. Check both the sound and the light when tapping your student card. You can also check the terminal’s flashing light.
