Understanding Class Days and Schedule Changes

This page explains the 2025 class calendar, activities that may take place on non-class days, and how schedule changes are announced.

How to read the class calendar

On the 2025 class calendar, white indicates days on which classes are held, including academic examinations and make-up examinations. Gray indicates days on which classes are not held. However, intensive classes are treated as an exception to the non-class-day indication.

Classes and changes on non-class days

Intensive classes, make-up classes, and other instructional activities may be held on days when regular classes are not scheduled. Class dates and event schedules may also change. Any changes are announced separately through notices and other announcements.
