The course record information session is scheduled for early October of the first year for first-year students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus.

For the 2025 academic year, the course record information session is scheduled for early October of the first year. The same session is scheduled for early October of the first year in the 2026 academic year.
