Outdoor Practical Training: Participation Approval and Course Registration

For the 2025 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, participation approval determines whether Outdoor Practical Training is treated as registered.

How approval affects registration

For Outdoor Practical Training, you do not need to complete separate course registration. After you apply to participate, the course is treated as registered if your participation is approved. However, participation may not be approved, so registration through participation approval is not guaranteed. The same arrangements apply to Overseas English Training and Internships.
