Credit Recognition for Information Technology Qualifications

For the 2025 academic year, three information technology qualifications are linked to the same credit-recognition course in the Faculty of Science and Technology.

Qualifications and Recognized Course

For each of the following qualifications, the listed credit-recognition course is Information Literacy (Introduction to Mathematics and Data Science):

- Fundamental Information Technology Engineer: first year, 2 credits - Applied Information Technology Engineer, formerly called Software Development Engineer: first year, 2 credits - IT Passport: first year, 2 credits
