Information Literacy in the Engineering-Basic Credit Requirement

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, Information Literacy is included among the information-course credits counted toward the engineering-basic requirement in the Faculty of Future Science.

How Information Literacy Is Counted

For the Architecture and Information Media programme and the Robot and Mechatronics programme, the 18 engineering-basic-course credits include 4 information-course credits. These information-course credits consist of Information Literacy (Introduction to Mathematics and Data Science) and Computer Programming I.
