Health and Sports Courses Offered by Term

For the 2026 academic year, these courses are listed for the first term, second term, or both terms, with some offered during intensive summer or winter sessions.

Course availability and credits

The following courses are listed for both the first and second terms: Health and Life (2 credits), Communication Sports (1 credit), Sports & Exercise (1 credit), and Mechanics of Physical Movement (2 credits). Wellness Sports A is offered in the first term (1 credit), while Wellness Sports B is offered in the second term (1 credit). Outdoor Sports A and Outdoor Sports B are offered in the first term and during the intensive summer session (1 credit each). Outdoor Sports C is offered in the second term and during the intensive winter session (1 credit).
