Mathematics Course Requirements and Progression

For 2025 students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus following the Science-track curriculum model, this page explains the required mathematics courses and the credits needed to advance from the third to the fourth year.

Requirements for Mathematics Course Students

If you select the Mathematics Course as your main course, you must take and earn credits in all five of the following subjects: Mathematics Exercises I, Mathematics Exercises II, Mysteries of Mathematics, Mathematics Seminar, and Comprehensive Science Exercises.

Credits Required for Progression

Mathematics Exercises I, Mathematics Exercises II, and Mysteries of Mathematics must all be completed to meet the progression requirement from the third year to the fourth year in the Mathematics Course.
