Requirements for the Mathematics Course

The Wonders of Mathematics is recommended for students interested in the Mathematics Course and is required, together with other specified courses, for progression and completion requirements.

Required courses for the Mathematics Course

For students in the Science-based Study Model at the Faculty of Science and Technology, credits for Mathematics Exercises I, Mathematics Exercises II, and The Wonders of Mathematics must be earned to progress from the third year to the fourth year of the Mathematics Course in the 2025 and 2026 academic years. Students who select the Mathematics Course as their main course must complete all of the following courses: Mathematics Exercises I, Mathematics Exercises II, The Wonders of Mathematics, Mathematics Seminar, and Comprehensive Science Exercise.

Recommended course planning

For the 2026 academic year, students who wish to enter the Mathematics Course are also encouraged to take The Wonders of Mathematics.
