Wellness and Sports Courses: Terms and Credits
For the 2026 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus, the Faculty of System Design and Technology lists the following wellness and sports courses, including their terms and credit values.
Listed Courses
Health and Life is listed for both the first and second terms and awards 2 credits. Wellness Sports A is offered in the first term, while Wellness Sports B is offered in the second term; each awards 1 credit. Outdoor Sports A is offered in the first term with a summer intensive period, and Outdoor Sports B is offered in the first term with a summer intensive period. Outdoor Sports C is offered in the second term with a winter intensive period. Each Outdoor Sports course awards 1 credit. Communication Sports and Sports & Exercise are listed for both the first and second terms and award 1 credit each. Mechanics of Human Movement is listed for both the first and second terms and awards 2 credits.
