Qualifications for credit recognition

For the 2025 academic year, Comprehensive English IIB is listed as a one-credit, second-year course for credit recognition under either of these qualification criteria: Eiken Pre-1 or a TOEIC score of 730 or higher; or Eiken Grade 1 or a TOEIC score of 850 or higher.

When the course is required

Comprehensive English IIB is a required one-credit course scheduled for the second year, second semester. It consists of one class and is taught as a practical exercise course. Its teaching-licence code is 00300.
