When Electronic Devices I Is Scheduled

Course Schedule

For the 2026 curriculum of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus, Electronic Devices I is a two-credit course scheduled for the second semester of the second year. In the same semiconductor devices, electronic materials, and physics field, Physics of Materials is also scheduled for the second semester of the second year; Electronic Devices II and Electrical and Electronic Materials are scheduled for the first semester of the third year; and Sensor Engineering is scheduled for the first semester of the fourth year.
