For students in the Faculty of Engineering at the Tokyo Senju Campus, Block 3 for the written-exam exemption consists of Electrical Machinery and Power Electronics. Under Category 3, both Electrical Machinery and Power Electronics must be completed. For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, the Block 3 courses are also Electrical Machinery and Power Electronics.
