When to submit the application

Submit the Application for Early-Term Assessment of Annual Courses for Early-Term Graduation during the first-term course registration period.

Required form and approval

Use the prescribed Application for Early-Term Assessment of Annual Courses for Early-Term Graduation. Submit one copy for each course to the Academic Affairs Office of the Tokyo Senju Campus Office, after completing the required information and obtaining approval from the course instructor. If you previously postponed graduation, are retaking an annual course, and wish to graduate at the end of the first term, submitting the course registration alone is not sufficient: you must also submit this application. The form is available from the Academic Affairs Office of the Tokyo Senju Campus Office.
