Applying to Return from Leave

Students returning after the reason for their leave has been resolved must complete the application, obtain the required signatures and advisor approval, and receive permission to return.

Required steps for the return application

When the reason for your leave has been resolved, you must submit an Application for Return from Leave and obtain permission to return. Complete the application with the signatures and stamps of both you and your guarantor. In principle, you must also meet with your student advisor and obtain approval for your return, shown by the advisor's seal on the application.
