How to Complete the Career-Planning Sheet

This guide explains what to enter at the beginning and end of the academic year: your goals, challenges, plan, achievement status, and self-evaluation.

At the Beginning of the Academic Year

Complete the sheet in this order:

- A, "Future goals and hopes": Describe the future dream or goal you envision at that time. - B, "Challenges and gaps": Organize and enter the challenges you need to overcome and the areas that are currently lacking in relation to the goals and hopes in A. - C, "Plan": After identifying the challenges and gaps in B, make a plan to resolve them in order to realize A.

At the End of the Academic Year

Complete the year-end entries based on your plan in C:

- D, "Achievement status": Enter your achievement status in relation to the plan in C. - E, "Self-evaluation": Evaluate your achievement status in D.
