Certificate of Expected Graduation: Eligibility and Issuance

This page explains who can receive a Certificate of Expected Graduation, when issuance begins, and the restriction during a leave of absence.

Eligibility and issuance timing

Students who meet the progression requirements and advance to their fourth year can receive a Certificate of Expected Graduation from early April. The specific issuance start date is announced by posted notice.

During a leave of absence

A Certificate of Expected Graduation cannot be issued while you are on a leave of absence. If necessary, consult your department.
