Medical Certificate for a Leave of Absence

Students taking a leave of absence because of illness or injury must attach a doctor's medical certificate to the required documents.

When a Medical Certificate Is Required

If illness or injury is the reason for your leave of absence, attach a doctor's medical certificate when submitting the required documents to the Student Welfare Counter.
