How and When to Submit the Application

For student groups conducting an activity off campus, follow the Off-Campus Activity Guidelines, complete the Off-Campus Activity Application, and submit it no later than one week before the activity begins. For the Faculty of Future Science, the form is available at the Student Support Center through Student Welfare staff. For the Faculty of Engineering, the form is kept at the Student Support Center's Student Welfare Office and must be submitted there.
