Returning from a Leave of Absence

Return application procedure

When the reason for your leave of absence has ended, or when the leave period has expired, you must submit a return application and obtain approval to return to student status.

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of System Design and Technology, the Student Welfare Office sends the return procedure instructions and return application to you by post before your leave period ends. Complete the required information on the application, and have both you and your guarantor sign it and affix your seals.

For the 2026 academic year at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, the Student Welfare Office sends the procedure instructions and return application to you by post when your leave period expires. Complete the required information, and have both you and your guarantor jointly sign and affix your seals.
