Application and issuance procedures differ by campus and faculty for the 2026 academic year.

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Science and Engineering

For the 2026 academic year, obtain only the number of Student Discount Certificates you need from a certificate-issuing machine. The certificates are free of charge.

Tokyo Senju Campus: Systems Design and Technology

For the 2026 academic year, apply for a Student Discount Certificate online. After submitting the application, issue the certificate at the certificate-issuing machine on the third floor of Building 2.
