Tuition Bank-Transfer Forms

Find out when tuition bank-transfer forms are mailed and how to request a reissued form for the Faculty of Future Science.

When the forms are mailed

For students other than new students, the university sends the tuition bank-transfer forms for the full academic year in early April. You receive two forms: one for the first semester and one for the second semester. The Accounting Department mails the forms addressed to your guarantor. For new students, the second-semester form is sent in late July.

Requesting a reissued form

If you need a tuition bank-transfer form reissued, you may request it by email.
