Health Examination Certificate: Eligibility Requirements

A health examination certificate is issued through the certificate issuance service only when the required regular health examination and any required re-examination have been completed.

Basic eligibility requirements

For students in the 2025 academic year in the School of System Design and Technology at Tokyo Senju Campus and students in the 2026 academic year in the School of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, a health examination certificate cannot be issued if the student has not taken the regular health examination or has not completed a required re-examination. The certificate is issued through the certificate issuance service.

2025 academic year: Tokyo Senju Campus

For students in the School of Engineering and the School of Future Science, the health examination certificate is issued through the certificate issuance service. It cannot be issued if the student has not taken the regular health examination or has not completed a required re-examination.

2026 academic year: certificate requirements by campus

For students in the School of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, a certificate issued within the academic year is available only to students who took the on-campus regular health examination during that academic year. For students in the School of Engineering, Second Division at Tokyo Senju Campus, the certificate cannot be issued if the student has not taken the regular health examination or has not completed a required re-examination. The certificate is issued through the certificate issuance service.
