Tuition Payment Form Mailing Schedule and Recipient

Find out when tuition payment forms are mailed and who receives them.

When the forms are mailed

For new students, the payment form for the second semester is mailed in late July. For students other than new students in the 2025 Faculty of System Design Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, the payment forms for the full year—two forms covering the first and second semesters—are mailed in early April.

Who receives the form

The Accounting Department mails the tuition payment form to the guarantor.
