Replacing a Lost Tuition Payment Form

Information on where to apply for reissuance of a lost tuition payment form and whether the procedure can be completed by email.

Faculty of Engineering — 2026 Academic Year

For students in the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus during the 2026 academic year, tuition payment form reissuance is handled by the Accounting Section in the Accounting Department, located on the fifth floor of Building 1. You may also apply by email. See Chapter 8, Section 2, “Tuition,” for the relevant information.

Faculty of System Design Engineering — 2025 Academic Year

If you lose your tuition payment form, apply for reissuance through the Accounting Section’s accounting staff. The procedure may also be completed by email at gakuhi@jim.dendai.ac.jp.

Faculty of System Design Engineering — 2026 Academic Year

If you lose your tuition payment form, complete the reissuance procedure through the Accounting Section’s accounting staff. The procedure may also be completed by email at gakuhi@jim.dendai.ac.jp.
