Tennis Court Access and Usage Rules

Find out when an application is required for extracurricular use of the tennis courts and which courts and time limits apply to different users.

Application for Extracurricular Use

Students using the tennis courts for extracurricular activities must submit the Tennis Court Use Application. The Student Welfare Desk handles the application. This requirement applies at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus for the Faculty of Science and Technology in academic years 2025 and 2026. Separate information is provided for general student use.

Court Access and Usage Limits

In academic year 2025 at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus for the Faculty of Science and Technology, officially recognized student association groups use Tennis Courts 1, 2, and 3. Unrecognized student groups and individuals may use West Tennis Courts 1 and 2. Their use is limited to one day, one court, and three hours.
