Requesting Use of the Gymnasium or Grounds

Students using the gymnasium or grounds for extracurricular activities must submit the required application form within the applicable advance-submission period.

Required application and submission office

For extracurricular use of the gymnasium or grounds, submit the Gymnasium and Grounds Use Request Form. The form is handled by the Student Welfare Office. In the 2026 academic year, arrangements for use by general students will be announced separately.

How far in advance to submit the form

The submission limit for the Gymnasium and Grounds Use Request Form is two weeks in advance for officially recognized student association groups. For groups not officially recognized by the student association and for individual applicants, the limit is one week in advance.
