How to Submit a Guarantor Change Notice

Find out where to submit a guarantor change notice and which identification and guarantor approvals are required.

Submission location and required items

Guarantor change notices are handled by the Student Support Center’s Student Affairs and Welfare desk on the third floor of Building 2. Submit your student ID card and obtain the signatures and seals of both the former and new guarantors.
