For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, the Japanese certificate of former enrollment is issued two days after the request, excluding weekends and public holidays. It is handled by the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Section, on the third floor of Building 2. This timing applies to the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division. For the 2025 academic year, the certificate for the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division is also issued two days later, excluding weekends and public holidays.
