Workplace Change Notice and Student Identification

Students and guarantors submitting a workplace change notice must provide the student's identification card through the designated Student Support Center.

Where to submit the notice and what to provide

For students and guarantors in the Faculty of Engineering, including the Second Division, the workplace change notice is handled by the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Section, on the third floor of Building 2 at Tokyo Senju Campus. The student's identification card must be attached to or submitted with the notice.
