For the student or guarantor address change notification at Tokyo Senju Campus, attach the student’s student ID.

Faculty of System Design Engineering: 2026 academic year

For the student or guarantor address change notification at Tokyo Senju Campus, submit the student’s student ID. The responsible office is the Student Support Center, Student Welfare Section, on the third floor of Building 2.
