Graduate School Admission Record for Applications to Other Universities

This page explains where to apply for the admission record and how long issuance takes, as well as when it is not required.

Application and issuance

For students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the 2026 academic year, applications for the graduate school admission record intended for another university's graduate school are handled by the Academic Affairs Office. The record takes 10 days to be issued. This record is not required when progressing to Tokyo Denki University's own graduate school.
